Return Policy

(a) Buyer should contact OVR if not satisfied with Goods for any reason. Goods which are unopened in original packaging and with proof of purchase from OVR may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

(b) OVR reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% of the total cost of the Goods plus freight cost on returns for reasons other than Nonconforming Goods or shipping errors.

(c) Used, open box, clearance, special orders and non-stocked items are considered NON RETURNABLE.
